City manager may appeal board's ruling to rehire fleet manager

City Manager Isaiah Hugley is considering whether to appeal the city Personnel Review Board’s ruling that fleet manager Chris Brown should get his job back for paying a company in advance for technology equipment on 69 police cruisers.
