The acquisition provides Norbert Dentressangle with an immediate high-level infrastructure in North America and Asia, offering its domestic and international clients broader logistical services.

The US operations will operate under the new name of NDO America Inc. The purchase includes seven operation centers in the United States (Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Diego and San Francisco) and two in China (Tianjin and Shanghai).

Air Freight (Export & Import): Global logistics and transportation services for air freight customers on a door to door basis. The offerings include consolidations, Direct IATA and time definite moves. NDO America Inc. has the capability to handle special attention cargos such as hazardous materials, high value goods, perishable/refrigerated products as well as licensable commodities.

Sea Freight (Export & Import): Complete range of services to its customers shipping ocean cargo. The company handles consolidated shipments, full container moves, barge transportation hazardous and perishable products as well as outer gauge oversized cargo. Complete door to door solutions thanks to the global network coupled with the logistics expertise of NDO America Inc.

Customs House Brokerage: Import customs brokerage and regulatory compliance. The services are nationwide processing clearances at all US ports. The portfolio of services include customs and compliance consultation, Drawback services, entry reconciliation, classification assistance and logistics consultation. NDO America also provides to its customers settlement of penalties, fines and forfeitures.

Diane Hofman will serve as General Manager of NDO America Inc. and be responsible for all
U.S. operations.

For the past 2 years, Diane Hofman has been the Director of International Operations for Schneider Logistics. Previously, she was with BDP International for more than 17 years and held various positions including General Manager for New York, Director of Operations, VP of operations and National Product leader/Air Freight.
