Chrysler’s New Director-Fleet Sales Joins NAFA’s 2014 I&E OEM Panel

(FEBRUARY 3, 2014 — PRINCETON, NJ) –  Frank Dankovich, the new Director-Fleet Sales for Chrysler, will make one of his first public appearances in his new position at NAFA’s 2014 Institute & Expo in Minneapolis, MN on April 9.  Dankovich will take part in the OEM panel, in which key automotive executives answer the questions most on the minds of fleet managers.

“The OEM panel is always one of the most popular sessions at NAFA’s annual conference,” said NAFA’s Executive Director, Phillip E. Russo, CAE.  “It’s a rare opportunity for fleet managers to meet and hear directly from the people whose ideas and visions shape the purchasing decisions within the industry.”

In the months prior to the conference, NAFA Members are encouraged to submit questions for the panel, which will be moderated by NAFA President Claude Masters, CAFM.   These questions are provided to the panelists in advance to ensure they are able to give detailed responses.  At the end of the session, panelists are offered the opportunity to take questions directly from audience members.

Dankovich has enjoyed a long career at Chrysler, starting out in 1986 as a District Sales Manager in the Chicago Zone and moving up through the ranks from Field Operations Manager to Regional Truck Marketing Manager and Senior Manager positions (including Daily Rental Sales, Field Operations, and Large Commercial Sales).  Prior to his new position, he held the title Head of Government Sales and Operations.  Dankovich, who has extensive experience in sales and marketing, replaces Jim Sassorossi who has become Head of Fleet Service and Parts for Chrysler.
Representatives from other OEMs will be announced in the near future.
