MyFleetDept, a Canandaigua,
NY fleet management company, is now operating their Electric Vehicle Supply
Equipment (EVSE) business as a subsidiary they have named EV Charge Solutions. (http://www.evCHARGEsolutions.com)
“This is the fastest growing
segment of our business and it is time to give it the attention it deserves”,
said Mike Moser, President. “We are positioning our EV charging business to
parallel the electric vehicle market progression. We have realized a
substantial increase in sales in recent months and want to be in position to
service the industry through its development”.
In addition to working on
NYSERDA funded projects in New York State and supplying equipment for various
commercial projects nationally, the company recently opened an online store
with a complete offering of EV charging related products. The store includes
useful resources such as charging station locating, funding opportunities and
information to assist with determining the best equipment for each application.
“Breaking out the EV charging
business from our core fleet management business, will allow each team to
better focus on their business unit”, said Moser. “This will provide us with
the resources necessary to strengthen and grow both operations”.
