services in the U.S. since 1954, today announced the hire of Amanda Jones as
vice president of technology. Jones brings more than eight years of experience
in business process analysis, software design and technical implementation to
DAS where she will be responsible for delivering business and technological
process solutions and improvements, as well as identifying and implementing
strategic opportunities.

impressive resume and a modern perspective on technology that our customers and
service partners will appreciate,” said John Roehll, executive vice president

Prior to DAS, Jones served as a
consultant at Synetos Consulting where she was responsible for leading the
integration of customer applications and designed and implemented business
processes for companies in the logistics and transportation industries.
Before joining Synetos Consulting
in 2005, Jones served as a senior associate in business advisory services at
Grant Thornton LLC, where she managed the execution of Sarbanes Oxley 404
compliance engagements.
Jones has also held consultant
positions at Fluid Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds a
bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from the University of
North Texas. She has a specialization in managerial accounting systems with an
emphasis in information systems.
