specializing in complex car and truck fleets, is pleased to announce that it has acquired HPI Fleet and its related
European business entities. The transaction is expected to close in October, at
which time HPI Fleet will operate as ARI. The acquisition supports ARI’s
continued development of a strong, strategic global footprint and follows ARI’s
recent expansion into the UK and Germany. ARI’s European operations will now
include service delivery to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.

ARI will manage its
continental European operations from its offices in Stuttgart and Frankfurt,
Germany, and its UK operations from Chippenham, England.
