NAVCO, LLC, ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF TEMCO AND TRICK TANK

Charlotte, NC – (April 19, 2010) – North American Vehicle Components, LLC (NAVCO) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Truck Equipment Manufacturing Company, Inc. (TEMCO), maker of steel and aluminum reservoirs and related components for heavy trucks, military vehicles, and automotive applications and TEMCO’s brand Trick Tank, portable tanks (reservoirs) for motor sports.

The transaction was completed on April 19, 2010. All operating assets were purchased from New Dominion Bank via UCC-Article 9 Secured Party Sale.

TEMCO, a 19-year-old company based in Charlotte, NC, and Blacksburg, SC, is an OEM manufacturer of truck parts, concentrating in steel and aluminum tanks for air,fuel, oil, and hydraulics. The company specializes in production for commercial and military applications.

TEMCO also produces Trick Tank brand portable aluminum air and liquid tanks for motor sports enthusiasts. Trick Tank’s product offering
includes: portable aluminum air tanks, Trick Tank patented air tank stands, liquid tanks,replacement parts, apparel, decals and collectibles.

TEMCO and Trick Tank will continue to operate under those brand names, but will be manufactured by NAVCO from this point forward.
