Sparks, Md. (Jan. 26, 2012) – PHH Arval today announced that Lenny Pusdesris has been named to the new position of Vice President, Truck Engineering, effective immediately. In this role, he will focus on developing and leading a truck engineering team, and will report to Tom Keilty, senior vice president and chief operating officer.
"We are excited to have Lenny on board," said Keilty. "He has more than 20 years of experience in the vehicle upfit market, and he is a natural fit for our organization as we continue to enhance our truck capabilities in order to serve the needs of our clients."
Pusdesris started his career with Roush, one of the largest automotive service suppliers, as a race car and prototype mechanic and fabricator, and steadily grew through the organization to the level of Director of Operations for Engineering Services and Prototype Production supporting Ford Motor Company’s truck group.
During his tenure at Roush, Pusdesris worked with Ford on the prototyping and launch of the F-650/F-750 truck line, as well as Superduty, Econoline and F Series platforms, implemented several growth strategies and launched an upfit facility to assemble the Dodge Ram Hemi Sport, Rumble Bee and Daytona programs.
Following Roush, Pusdesris joined Magna, ranked No. 5 in Automotive News Global Supplier List; working with Ford’s F-series team in the engineering, development and marketing of the F-150 Mid Box product. Most recently, he was National Sales Manager at Steelweld, helping launch Steelweld’s introduction into the fleet and commercial market for truck bodies, van interiors and alternative fuel conversions.
Pusdesris is a member of National Truck Equipment Association, National Association of Fleet Administrators, National Petroleum Management Association, Green Truck Association and the American Gas Association.
Pusdesris and his family currently reside in Michigan, and will relocate to Maryland.
