the company’s secure business-to-business website.
PHH
experts worked closely with a cross-section of clients and members of the
Technology Client Advisory Board to develop the Phase 3 enhancements, which
include a new layout of Vehicle and Driver Details information, easy-to-use
vehicle and driver menus and updated service card details.
The enhancements
to PHH InterActive represent the continuation of a project that began with the
September 2010 launch of Phase 1, featuring a redesign of the site’s
Dashboards. In March 2011, PHH introduced significant ease-of-use enhancements
in Phase 2.
